When it comes to using our products, there are a few key tips to keep in mind:

1. When installing the soft magnetic sheet, ensure the printing platform is clean and dry. It's best to keep it in an inverted state or fix it with a clamp.

2. Ensure the spring steel is completely aligned with the magnetic base to avoid resin entering the gap during use, as this can affect the magnetic force and cause the spring steel plate to fall off.

3. If there are burrs on the surface of the spring steel, use sandpaper carefully to remove them before use, preventing the burrs from piercing the FEP film during the printing process.

4. After printing, do not excessively bend the spring steel when removing the model. Use alcohol or cleaning fluid to remove any residual resin on the surface.

5. If the model falls off the spring steel sheet during the printing process, you can sand the spring steel sheet with sandpaper to ensure sufficient adhesion.

The size of the magnetic steel plate is 160*94mm, with a thickness of 3-4mm, compatible with the Anycubic Photon Mono 2 3D Printer. Due to the thickness of the product, the printable height of the 3D printer will shrink by 3-4mm, so it's important to re-level the 3D printer after installation for excellent printing results.
