RESION K black tough 3D resin is designed for producing highly accurate parts with exceptional feature detail. Featuring enhanced stability and surface quality, this material yields parts with high impact resistance akin to thermoplastics. The resin is compatible with the 385-405nm wavelength range, making it suitable for mainstream LCD/MSLA/DLP 3D printers on the market.

Differences between M58, M68, and K: - Color: M58 is light gray, M68 is white, and K is black. - Toughness: K ≥ M68 > M58 - Rigidity: K ≤ M68 < M58

The mechanical properties of the K resin prints are similar to tough thermoplastic materials, with high tensile strength and excellent impact strength. The prints can be machined repeatedly. The material is not easily overexposed, even under strong light sources, ensuring accurate part dimensions that faithfully restore 3D data. The black color is highly saturated, providing a good texture and an injection-molded-like appearance after polishing.

Precautions: 1. Operating Temperature: 20~35°C (68°F~95°F) 2. Shake well before use. Preheat the bottle with 60°C warm water if the resin is very viscous. 3. Wear nitrile rubber gloves and ensure a well-ventilated operating environment. 4. Avoid using the resin near windows, balconies, or other strong UV environments. 5. Rinse immediately with water if the resin comes into contact with eyes, mouth, or nose, and consult a doctor. 6. Wash resin residue on the skin with soap, hand sanitizer, etc. 7. Caution for people allergic to acrylics.

Waste Liquid Disposal: 1. Cure resin in a transparent container by exposing it to sunlight. 2. For cleaning solutions containing resin, allow the resin to fully solidify and precipitate before filtering out the solid residue.

Storage: 1. Store in a sealed, shaded, and cool place. 2. Keep away from fire. 3. Keep out of reach of children. 4. If the resin is not used for more than a day, filter it and pour it into an empty container. Do not pour the resin from the tank back into the original bottle to avoid contamination.
